Most orders ship the same or next business day. When your order ships, your tracking number is emailed from [email protected]. If you haven’t received it within 1 business day of your order confirmation, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number.
When will an out-of-stock product be back?
We restock as new batches arrive and pass third-party testing, so we don’t publish restock dates. Select “Notify me” on the product page and we’ll send you one email when it’s back in stock.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Afterpay and Bitcoin. Paying with Bitcoin takes 20% off automatically at checkout, applied after any sale prices and coupons.
Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We ship within Canada only, with Canada Post, in plain packaging. PO boxes and Canada Post FlexDelivery addresses are supported. Most orders arrive 2 to 3 business days after you order; remote and rural addresses can take longer. Shipping is $20, or free on orders of $350 or more. There is one shipping speed for all orders.
How do I know your products are genuine?
Every batch of our peptides, HGH, tablets and other compounds is tested by Janoshik Analytical, an independent third-party laboratory. The only exceptions are pharmaceutical products and reconstitution supplies (bacteriostatic water and acetic acid). The Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for each batch are on the product page and in the COA Library, so you can match them to the batch you receive. Our only official website is growthguys.com.
